Women’s Muay Thai

Women’s Muay Thai Class Description:

Our Women’s Muay Thai kickboxing class is perfect for beginners and advanced students looking for the best workout in Tucson. This class is led by former female Muay Thai fighter Jennifer Richardson. Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs using boxing, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks as weapons. This system provides stress relief, strength, cardio-vascular fitness, self-defense and it is extremely fun. We teach authentic muay thai with basic and advanced techniques. This class will provide students with the tools they need for the ring, including the complete conditioning of a fighter, even though you may never compete.

  • Typical Class: Warm up, pad work, bag work, partner drills, conditioning

 

Women’s Sparring Class:

Our Women’s Sparring Class is for intermediate to advanced students. This a great opportunity to start using what you have been learning in class in a controlled environment with just women.  The class will follow directly after the women’s muay thai class. You will need shin pads, 16oz gloves, head gear and  a mouth guard.
